What size intercoolers do you guys have and what works best? Wanna keep the aircon. Are the universal piping kits good?

You'll probably see the many people on here use a 600x300x75mm cooler (some people like to use the 600x200 version so it stays hidden behind the bumper). Dont bother with a universal kit. either get a proper VL kit like that GKtech^ (or a plazmaman for ultra-bling factor), I think there's probably a couple other companies that do VL turbo kits. Or get it custom made by a place thats done fabrication of cooler piping before (eg an exhaust shop like Al's Mufflers in North Shore -they're really good). Do you have a standard VLT setup? ie with standard plenum and turbo manifold? if you don't, you may find you have to hack up those kits a wee bit to make them fit.
