Hey guys, I have found a set of origanal hsv ve GTS rims 20" which are what i have been looking for for my vl. The back rims are 9.5" wide. The guy that owns them says he has a set of 245's streched onto them and they worked fine on his stato. Will they fit my vl? If not what would i have to do to make em fit? The front is easy enough to work out thxs

They should be fine. You'll need guards rolled, some trimming of the rear bumper return and a well setup panhard rod 88 Chaser had them on his VL with standard VE size 275s

he also has no rear seatbelts, it's usually the seatbelt bolt that scrubs on the tyre...

Its a custom made cooler, powder coated black. To fit the rears you can run the 275 tire with out too much trouble, grind the seatbelt bolt down and a part of the braket, you will need to roll the guards pretty hard, I used the pole of an old street sign against the tire and a heat gun to warm the paint so it didnt crack. Panhard bar and a few beers to set it up properly.
