Well i have done many searches and even google searches but to no avail. I had a crash in my VL and messed up the front. pretty much the metal that the headlights sit in is bend and a toe bar went into the radiator. All the front bumper is gone and my problem now is. How do i just replace the whole front end. a panel beater said to undo the spot welds and re-weld a new "clean" front end on. And i wanted it to be a calais front end. Any help? ---------- Post added 15-03-11 at 13:21 ---------- Or even just replace with the original front end of another car. someone must have had front end damage before and replaced it or maybe some tips on how to repair it so bumper lights trims everything lines up perfect.

If you have chassis damage it wont be as easy as just un picking and re welding panels on,the car would have to be put on a flat rack and re aligned back into its correct positions. If your lucky and its missed the chassis ask your local wrecker for your required parts and start un drilling the spot welds that mount the panels and then start to replace. IMO if you've never done anything like this before i would be defiantly sending the car to a panel shop as its no easy job and you would most likely be wasting your time and money.

Just replace the panels. As long as the K-frame is OK. The front end is basically a front end attachment anyway. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
