Is your car already dual fuel and you want to go straight gas? If so then no you wont be able to use the rebate. If the car hasn't been on gas before then you will be able to use it

1750 if installed last year 1500 till june 1250 till june next year the 1000 after that ---------- Post added 16-03-11 at 07:07 ---------- and gas is also now being put under the stupid fuel tax thing so its going up i tihnk 2.5cents a year for the next 7 years so by the time e85 comes out broadly over melbournerather then just servos there inst going to be much diffrence between the 2 in price but a hole hell lot of diffrence in power and economey so thats why ive made the decision now to run my vk calais on fuel until then rather then converting to gas then again to e85 later on down the track when i will be chaseing power ... if that makes sense
