g'day guys just after your opinion for my first car (yes still looking after 13 months) I was considering having a look at this fairlane because I just love the XD-XF shape but the only concern is the 302 as opposed to a 351. http://perth.gumtree.com.au/c-Cars-V...AdIdZ255827258 (http://perth.gumtree.com.au/c-Cars-Vehicles-Motorbikes-Parts-cars-Ford-Fairlane-XD-W0QQAdIdZ255827258) I am hoping to make whatever car it is a project as I can do just everything on a car except engine/gear box work and my brother can do a cheap respray as he as as you can assume a car painter. Just wondering how much I would have to spend on a 302 to get to a high power output or whether it is better just to buy a new crate engine in the future. Its either that or buy a vlt and crank up the boost Cheers guys. ps. Please don't say to buy an old toyota for 500 or along those lines because thats not going to happen haha Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
