Hey Guys, I've got a customer that wants his 2J fully detailed and polished - rockers, turbo pipes and plenums etc. Just wondering if anyone knows a good metal polisher in Melbourne that can do it ? I've heard Vinnys is good for electroplating, but does he do polishing as well? Would you guys go for the electroplating look and keep it maintenance free or polished? Cheers

polished imho as electroplating goes off over time anyway motorbike forums are your best bet to find a good place, you'll end up finding some guy covered in tats that'll be recommended

Hey mate. As far as electroplaters. I woud use precision plating in hurwood. They do awesome works. Also ferntree gully platers in knoxfield do alot of cars parts. Metal polishers I woud use mr sparkles in richmond. Very good polishers. It al depends what finish u are after electroplating can cover inperections with heavy copper plating and tends to be a brighter finish. Polishing would generaly be cheaper and sometimes hard to get the desired finish

Thanks guys. The guy wants polished so I'll stick with that. Mr Sparkles looks good, He's local so I'll give him a buzz. If there's anymore recommendations so I can bounce a few quotes off, that would be great too.
