Anyway got to what i thought was a bearing problem in the rear left wheel, replaced the bearing and seal and now there is a regular clunking sound when rotating the wheel by hand, there is also about 3mm play Parallel to the axel.. Any help? Im thinking diff.... But then noise seems to be coming from near the bearing end... I can take a video and put it up if itll help... You will have the jack the whole rear of the car up onto jackstands and get under it... These are what your looking for You want to check the bushes (red rubbers in the picture, may be black on your car) and see if they are split or broken away. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Na pulled the backing plate off the diff and the noise was definitely coming from in there, found some small flecks of metal in the gear oil when I drained it and after turning both wheels and the drive shaft lined up the gears so I could see right inside the diff where one of the gears was moving up and down instead of turning, new diff looks the go
