VK ignition Barrell

Hey everybody, im 18 and got myself a vk project car to hopefully make a nice road car, i am wondering if it is the same as a VB commodore the get the ignition barrell out????, since the previous owner was using a flat headed screwdriver to turn the engine over. Plz all posts r welcome, and will muchly appreciate the help. Take it easy.. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Hey bro, Just go to the wreckers n grab one outa a vk! It'll be like 20bucks Or There on eBay for 30. Oh and btw Hz-vl are the same. Hope this helps. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
