I swapped this for my vr 5ltr. It's an 88 Berlina, 159000ks, auto, completely stock N/A, and all original down to the mud flaps and stereo. It has 17" vaults on it at the moment which I think look hideous. I'm in the process of trying to get a decent set of chaser rims for it. My plans for the car are to keep the stock look, but I have a 185i clubby motor and t5 to go in it, I'm just chasing up every thing I need so I can do the conversion and keep it off the the road for as short a time as possible. I need a k frame, steering rack,28 spline diff, alternater and a few other little things. When I got the car it had a defect notice on it for a blinker not working, tow ball obstructing the number plate and un even wear across the front tyres, so I had to go and get a blue slip inspection done to lift the defect. The mechanics that looked at the car passed it with flying colours and said it was very clean for an old girl.

Well it's been a while since i last updated but im pretty happy at the moment with where i'm at. The conversion is all done all went in with very little dramas i only had to cut a hole in fire wall for the pedal box and cut the battery bracket to fit the power steering pump. After a couple of weeks i pulled the battery out and when i put it back in i didn't lock it in properly and the battery had a fight with the power steering pump and the battery lost lol so battery acid went every where and wrecked all my freshly painted motor. I recently painted all the moulds and bars, put new pin stripe on got the red walls done. Now im saving again getting ready to stroke it.
