Hi all I posted this a while back but now its getting serious so i thought I'd throw up some proper photos of it. I got this 2 years ago off my grand parents who bought it brand spanking in 86. My grand father was 67 when he bought his and still proudly tells me how the first thing he and his brother did was see how fast it would go, i'm told it did 190 half an hour after he picked it up, nutty old man. it was used as a family car for 10 years or so then moved on to being the second car which was unfortunately treated fairly badly. this is what it looked like when I got my hands on it this is what it looked like after alot of tidying up still not very flash theres a long list of things to do. I have lost my license for 12 months so i'm currently starting to strip it ready for a rebuild, i'l post photos of my progression. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

getting somewhere with all this nice weather. stripped the front to straighten it all out removed the boot so I could start on rust repairs (lots of beer required for this step) windscreen rust more windscreen rust thought the rear window was going to be pretty good considering there wasn't much on the outside apparently not my grandfathers fantastic boot lock repair, goes to show just because it's an old mans car doesn't mean it's good took all of 10 seconds to get the lock out of my boot, according to pa it was stolen in the early 90's Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
