For sale is my 1986, factory silverslate, factory turbo VL Turbo. Before you read any further, THE CAR HAS A CRACKED PISTON. THE CAR WILL ALSO BE SOLD WITHOUT REGO. Cracked on the Ovaboost dyno, and I don't have the cash to pay for a rebuild. Currently has a yellow, that needs engineering permits to remove, and that won't be happening soon, so handing in plates. Mods: -Whiteline Panhard rod -Rajab Plenum on N/A runners -ITS 60-1 Turbo rated at 600hp on a hi-mount manifold -Turbo Smart 48mm external waste gate -Turbo Smart Pro Fuel Regulator -3" Turboback exhaust with a high-flow cat -630cc Injectors on an a alloy rail -Crane Hi6 Ignition system with lx92 coil -Microtech LT-10s-Bosch 044 External Pump mounted in boot with an alloy surge tank -R33 5 Speed and reconditioned tailshaft -Jim Berry Full Monty clutch -600*300*76 FMIC -Battery relocated to boot -Screamer pipe with a flange to allow plumb-back Probably more that I need to add. The body is very straight for its age, with only slight bit of rust on rear windscreen seal.The paint is fairly bad, but it is a rare colour from factory, so may be worth something to an enthusiast. Car is currently sitting at stock height, on pursuits, but do have my 20s for sale if anyone is interested. Have a set of super low springs to go with it. Also submitted an application for approval of modifications for the vehicle, which is linked to the VIN, so can forward those on for easy engineering to the new owner if they wish. Some pictures. The shell is an Orig Turbo Auto. LSD Turbo diff. Engine is a genuine turbo A8. Not looking to part it yet, but if it doesn't sell, within a couple of months, may part out turbo/exhaust manifold if there's interest. Setup is Zaksvl old gear, I never got a full tune out of it, but he made 350hp at 18psi I think. If I was to keep it, think I would go full forged motor, and maybe one of the new gt35's. Will see the bank next week, might look at the motor for sale depending on what they say.

My old setup made 360 on 18psi I think I still have all dyno sheets to prove it if anyone is interested. It's a good solid setup. I hope you get 10k for it mate. On another note, I think that turbo is good for 550-600 hp. Why change.

Sorry photos took a while. As you can see, bit of rust on rear window seal, paint isn't the best nick, but the interior is pretty decent for a 24 year old car, worst part is the small cig burn. And Zak, would think about the new gt35 because they are meant to be super responsive n ****, Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

did overboost give you ant indication why the piston cracked? hope theyve changed the sniffer since trying to tune gregs bad girl, keep it mate slam another motor in easy as,

Good to hear a mate, bit off topic but you said it sits at stock hight? Is that stock hight in the last pics with the black stockies??

I was after some fe2 height or king spring LOWS to get my car sitting a bit higher for the drags and to keep the law away, but in those pics that looks like the hight im after at the back if anything a bit to low so i might just have to get some stiff stock heught springs.

vn/vp springs are a bit stiffer i think. gave mine a bit of axle tramp though. have you got yours on the dyno for a full tune yet?
