From what i've heard lately i'd be too afraid of getting the car defected. Sounds like there's a bit of a blitz going on.

Yeah I seen heaps cops out over Christmas new year break!!!! And it is pay on the day as in previous years some ppl have either said yes they are coming and not rocked up or they heard bout it late and cuz haven't been able get form or send it off in time and missed out... All commodore day last year got cancelled due to very low numbers as no one sent forms off cuz it said could pay on day also... So think they are triallungvthis method out this year.... i wont take my car, there were cops walkn around C4C takn down regos and VIN numbers, and on the Jaf cruise the same thing was goin on....

aus880 maybe if you lived here in SA you would understand a little better. Not having a dig but they have been pretty ruthless recently. ] If i was an officer an you had a mint vlt cop car like you do id come chat with you too. I was interested in entering but honestly not worth the worries.Its a real shame that you cant drive or show your car these days without the hassels. Had it not been at Glenelg i think it would have been better,

Yes i agree if its a cruise or car show cops are gonna hassle people its always happened and it always will just look at smassa cruise at westlakes and being a easy target leaving and arving at the show

I hate how the cops do those things, they turn the real car lovers to paranoid car lovers I can't seecwhy they can't just enjoy the show n the day but have to ruin it by sitting at the gate..!!!! And then none of us drive our cars round !!!! Gay
