help how do i remove manifold on rb30?

hey guys i need to change the welch plugs wich are just under the manifold whats the easiest way to do this?

i would start with the bolts

Then the nuts.

Exhaust manifold you mean? If so, first U gotta remove the heat shield then disconnect the oxygen sensor. You'll figure out the rest.
