t56 grinding

hey guys iv noticed latly a grindding noise that seems to be coming from the gearbox it happens when the gear cluch is disengaged it is a grinding sound in every gear. when you put the car in nutral or put the cluch in it stops after about a sec need help asap!

Sounds like a bearing issue.. not good. Band-aid solution may be to get rid of the automatic transmission fluid holden put in them from factory and try either the Penrite manual oil specifically suitable for the t56 or Mainlube. Penrite is $80ish Mainlube is $340ish.
