Hey I've been reading of the forums for a while now, and thought id post up my dodgy red machine. It doesn't look like much now.. but i have a lot of plans so hopefully one day it'll be a decent vl. Make / Model: Its a 1986 Holden SL commodore Colour: Red Bodykit: n/a Engine Type: RB30 Engine Mods: n/a Power: Exhaust: Lukey 2.5in exhaust to 3in tip Gearbox: 5spd manual Diff: factory Brakes: factory Suspension: factory Wheels/Tyres: 15in Ceptors Interior: factory Stereo: dodgey sony explode system Other Mods: Replaced rear lights for berlina lights Future mods: Just purchased another VL that im going wreck.. pretty sure its an original berlina turbo... although its got a 25-30,t3turbo, vl turbo diff, r32 gearbox, 3" exhaust from the turbo back. Microtech plug in ECU (plug in cause the Nissan one is still there) It has a low and high boost control and the switch is inside. When it was running it made 195kw at the wheels. So the plan is to replace all interior, and then build the 25-30 up until im on my fulls and drop the sucker in and have some fun! I want to rebuild the bottom end, get Vt commy brakes, r33gearbox and maybe a garret 35-40... that's all i can think of atm. Okay picture time..
