VR fuel tank into A vl??

I have searched everywhere for this, im onto a 85l vr tank and wanna no if it will fit in my vl?? Im aware that vp tanks fit, so im asuming a vr one will also? Cheers dave

I put an 85L VN tank in the missus VL last weekend, some mods required to the tank filler, but all in and working well.

The filler neck needs to be shortened. Also be aware the main breather pipe is larger on the VR tank then the VL one so try not to damage the vr one
