Hay.. I got 14mm Oringed injectors in an "injectorsonline.com" fuel rail in DOHC head with all the orings and ****, marine greased the orings as thats what seems to be in there when i got them booted the fuel pump into life.. fuel is piiiisssssssing out the rail too injector seal. what am i doing wrong? the rail is bolted down farly hard (can shake car by the rail) and the injectors can spin a little, but in my SOHC the injectors were very loose as but never leaked.. help

Pissing out the rail/injector seal on every injector ? or just 1 ? Did you dry fit everything first and maybe accidentally damage an O ring ?

well from what i could see 3-4 of them but turned it off very fast.. so prob all of them but pressure built up. Yeh i did test fit but the orings were good nick. how much downward pressure is ment to be on them? they are kinda hardish to spin where in my sohc i could EASY spin the injector and could push on them sideways and it would spray out the side like this is doing the injectors are not 100% square to the head but in the sohc they were mega off.

what injectors are they? ive noticed some brands often have slightly smaller OD o rings than other brands, and can sometimes lead to fuel seepage under pressure because of it. Get a vernier, measure the ID of the rail injector hole, and the OD of the o ring. should only be 0.5mm difference. i have a fair assortment of o rings here if you find you have the wrong o rings.

Turns out the rail come from you Mr parts. Got it sorted.. the mountings for the rail was backwards making the rail sit lower too the head.. making it sit on an od angle too the injectors, lifted the rail, turned the mount around and 100% all good! thanks everyone my bad!
