Hey fellas I just dragged my calais out from under the house for a bit of a hose off and grabbed a few pictures of it. Its not that clean atm cause it hasnt been driven for about 3 years but I try to start it often to keep the oil up! Any way I bought the car off my brother about 5 years ago and its completly standard (except the steering wheel and the cd player) has low km on it for its age and all in all its just a good original example. I dont have any plans for it any time soon maybe just a bit of a clean up I have been toying with the idea of selling it cause i just have too much on my plate as it is but for now it will just sit. Any way here is a few pics Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Great project, needs an HDT momo wheel, the flyers are hard to get cheap but there are a few that are similar to a group A one with TYP V35 on the back that are cheaper. I would also ditch the front seats for some VS S pack ones and paint the momo's silver, mad cars good luck.

Where did I say change wheels? Why are those faded ugly red seats seats collectacble? Adding some grey S pack seats that are the same shape as SS seats would't hurt collectability if you kept the pink seats aside.

yeah righto i understand where your goin vs seats are better looking but i dont think grey seats would look any good with a "pink" interior anyway. Besides i dont drive it so who will see it

Its still a good car, but it would be good to get some better seats that look scheel re-trimmed in the red or get those reshaped, I think you can get red dye if you wanna put the color back into them.

Any luck with your hunt?The good thing with seats and wheels is that you can personlaise your car and change back to your originals if you want. Eveyone one to there own.Me I like them as they came from HDT.
