Hey Guys, Please check the pic - Jet 3LT runs a "DYNE" filter adapter and filters the oil going into the turbo - pretty nifty setup, especially for race cars that put the oil under high heat loads. Just wondering where can I get this setup from? I've tried google and nothing has shown up! Looks like 2x -4 fittings each end but the filter is in line of course and replaceable. Much better than the earls inline filter and less chance of blockage. Pic: Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Its a billet Pro Dyne oil filter. I can get these for you, they aent exactly cheap, but look better than most remote filter blocks, and like you said, less chance of blockage due to running a larger filter, cheap and easy to replace. Ill get a price.

just wondering if anyone else has had any experiences with other inline filters? the earls one is far too simply for my liking. anyone else i've talked to about this has said its a waste of time and money, but i'd rather give my GT42 its best chance at a long life... i bought an earls copy for $16 off ebay and basically just had a single piece of wire mesh in there. can anyone maybe suggest a filter i could fit inside instead of the mesh style? Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

The real ones are actually pretty good in that style. They are rated in microns, cant remember which way is the smallest. I think higher number is smaller filtering? A good idea though, I mean, if you can save the turbo from something stupid, then why not for a few dollars on a one off spend.

Smaller number finer filtration. I would much prefer to see an engine run a quality engine oil filter, that is changed regularly, and not put a cheap turbo feed filter anywhere near it
