Why hello there 1SICKVL... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q8CPP...e=channel_page (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q8CPPxGsF7A&feature=channel_page) also: http://www.calaisturbo.com.au/archiv.../t-169488.html (http://www.calaisturbo.com.au/archive/index.php/t-169488.html) after listening to the banter in this thread, one would hope the motor isn't shot (so to speak).

highly doubt they will let craig have the rims but if a ct member buys it they might be nice enough to return them if someone buys it for stripping, i'm chasing rear lights/garnish/boot

Yeah craig should get onto the insurance company about the wheels hey, whever buysit is gunna pay extra due to having nice wheels so dare say they wont be given away after they just payed for them at auction.... if he talks to the auctioneers they should be able to be removed if a police report is filed ---------- Post added 07-10-10 at 11:54 ---------- PS if i get my hands on it................ IT"LL BE INSANEEEEEE hahahaaaaa

IT"LL BE INSANEEEEEE hahahaaaaa lol......settle down Your current engine combo makes just as much power The body appears to be relatively straight, I doubt it would have rust but as FMX Mike outlined.......in theory....it really isn't going to be that flash hot. Chances are it may sell for about $10k? I'm assuming it'll sell for more than that "Factory 5 sp manual Black Calais Turbo" anyways. If that's the case, I don't think it's that much of a bargain, I wouldn't risk my savings on it lol. Only reason I want it is so I can get the diff, make it 31 spline, get the gate and interior and then I'd sell whatever is left - I wouldn't want to risk using the motor or gearbox..you might be able to sell them but I wouldn't be too confident in saying "Oh yeah, she's all good to go and in mint condition!" - who knows how hard this thing has been driven since changing owners, and in the limited time it's had on the road with those owners I'm assuming it's been driven very hard..... Yes it could be all well and good - but also the main heart of the car couldn't be - meaning it could just equate to an expensive rebuild, I don't really like knowing that. It's like buying a 2nd hand RB26 from an R32 GTR....you buy it knowing all well that you may need some more cash to rebuild it Also being unrego'd (obviously) = meh. Either way it's interesting to see stuff like this pop up Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Car doesn't run the oil line split and damaged the bottom end more than likely lost oil and siezed still worth money the box, diff, interior and not to mention parts off the engine.

Isnt this the car that was in the chase and got away, then got caught? Remember hearing the audio of the chase a long time ago.
