is there a place/site i can look up to c if a motorbike is stolen?

as above. its a dirt bike like u do on a car so it all come's up like where its from ect ect

that site will tell you that, just enter the engine and frame/chassis # and bingo

put in any engine #, it'll still give you an indication re frame #
