HI, first of all. I got a 355 with a manualized 3 speed trimatic with 3g stall.. it does about 3000rpm at 100km with 3.08 diff gears.. that seems like alot of revs with 3.08 diff gears? or is that normal. my next question. i would like to put 3.7's in it. do you people think its worth it ? seeing that its doin 3000rpm already at 100km? also speedo gear to suit regards joel

That sounds high. I think with standard 3.08 gears it should be at around 2200-2500rpm. There's a good chance that the 3000rpm stallie could be causing the high revs though

ive got trimatic with 3.45 diff gears and it sits on 3300 with a 3200stall.. 3.08 gears should be sitting on around 2600rpm at 100.. 3.7s would be crazy.. if your driving long distance it would be shocking.. around town would be slippery.. is it for drag reasons?
