hey, just so you know i tried to search this but all i seemed to find was threads about batteries strangly going flat. finally got the box changed in the bombodore, sounds rough but it goes ok but now my battery light in the dash keeps randomnly coming on for long periods of time then going off. i had a look and i couldnt see any loose connections but i might have missed something. any ideas? also with the new box there is a now in there is a noticeable vibration that ripple's through the car as i approach 3k rpm, some of this can be attributed to the exaust ( large hole) but it never caused this much. the car has been sitting in the driveway for the last 3 months but i still turned it over occasionally. not quite sure what i'm sposed to be looking for, i did ask the mechanic but he didn't said he didn't know. again, any ideas? no doubt it's something really obvious but i havent been able to figure it out. cheers, G.

battery light will either be lose wire on alternator or the module

the vibration may be an unbalanced driveshaft? or something?

Center bearing, or as said tail shaft may be out of line/need balancing.

check tailshaft bolts are tight, and that the shaft is aligned right. with the batt light is it definitely the batt warning?? if so, check u have a good earth to the motor/chassis and check batt terminals too.
