hi guys just a little question i pm'd sirgeo got all details for membership and payment etc about a month ago now, i paid the money direct to his account with user name as reference as requested but still have not heard a thing back and my account hasn't been changed to gold membership? just wondering if any one knows roughly how long it usually takes to get this all done. my mate on here also paid two days before me and same thing nothing changed on account anyone else having this problem?

Usually takes about 6 weeks for membership to be processed. He has to perform a thourough background check, check references as well as a credit check. It then needs to go to the moderator committee for approval before going to Gavin who is responsible for changing your membership type.

But being around tax time there is an additional 4 week delay. That said, he could have just blown it on the pokies and keno.

I dont think hes going to make it Yeti, all these questions. Pushing his point too much I say

i have sent him a pm and i'm not having a go at him or anyone and i know he has a new child, like i said i just didnt realise it would take this long, the only reason i want it is so i can have some input in threads instead of having a popup come up saying i don't have the authority to post even though i have paid the money to do so. i would of thought mods would of been more supportive of people trying to do the right thing and contribute money to the site, yet all i seem to be hearing is smart remarks.
