There you go.
Dont want to high jack your thread mate but what does about 190-200rwkw give you down the strip, without slicks and HHD clutch?

06-09-10, 01:27 GMT+10#12 135-136mph will see you into a high 9 with the right gearing and a good hookup/launch in a VL.
Depending on the dyno I know of a few that have gone 9.8 on around 380rwkw.

06-09-10, 12:16 GMT+10#14 PROVLT runs 136mph and yet to get a full pass with 390rwkw but looking good for 9's.
Aarons turbo V8 VL makes 400rwkw and has gone a best of 9.9 so that power is good for those times.

06-09-10, 17:03 GMT+10#17 from memory brad psihi (r.i.p) the old blue vlt was making 399 rwkw and ran just short of a nine, didnt get much time out with the new combo happening..

06-09-10, 17:48 GMT+10#18 instead of me starting a new thread atm (and sorry to hijack) can someone confirm 270 rwkw should easily do 11's to 10's as madrex has said, and can someone also tell me is 270rwkw aprox 310kw at the motor?
if anyone can attach a link or point me to a thread which has details on parts and pricing for above
thanks

06-09-10, 18:27 GMT+10#19 400rwkw will prob get u a 9.9ish - then again it depends on the dyno. my bros VLT ran 9.5 with 395rwkw 5 years ago... all depends on which dyno thats why I dont look at dyno figures, MPH will always tell the story!
