Hey Guys... Done a tad research on Converting some figures I KNOW its really hard to put a figure down due to what i have etc but as a rough guess 355 stroker slightly flowed head hydrolic cam etc apprently making 420hp at the engine with a 4 speed auto 3.2 - 3.5 stall and has been mildy built with a 3.45 diff How much roughly would it put down? my usuage is monitered hard and dont have time to research... Thanks..

It'd probably be around a 20% loss at the wheels. So probably around the 340HP/250KW at the wheels mark.

A rough rule of thumb is that flywheel kW equals rwhp which works out to be a loss of 25% dont know how much power an auto uses over against a manual.

Maybe some of this will help, I dont know, maybe not but here it is anyway ... http://www.convertunits.com/from/kW/to/hp http://www.mr2ownersclub.com/converter.htm HP --> KW: * Horsepower x 0.746 = KW's eg 200hp x 0.746 = 149.2KW's ----------------------------------------------------------------------- KW --> HP: * KW x 1.34 = Horsepower eg 149.2kw x 1.34 = 200hp Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

V8's struggle with big dyno numbers. I have a mates old V8 doing 248rwkw but runs 11.20's. His car made the same power as mine on an engine dyno so I know how much power it's making, but then again there's cars with much higher dyno readouts that barely crack an 11! I doubt your mate would make much more than 230rwkw.

yeah as said before a rough way is flywheel kws equals rwhp. 313 flywheel kws equals 313 rwhp. 313 rwhp is 233 rwkws. fairly rough but hope it helps.
