whats involved in getting a cam for my 5.0l, i dont want anything extreme but something with a little bit of lump about it? do you need to change everything like get (i thinnk they are lifter bloks) for every cam, and valve springs for every cam? is there a cheap way around it do you need a tune for cam?

depends on what you're after. Firstly to put the cam in, you will either need to remove the radiator and a/c condensor to slde it out the front of teh motor, or pull the motor. secondly, you should't run old lifters on a new cam. thirdly, the banana's manifold is a bit restrictive when you start chasing more power and with very low comp you're up against it. Ideally up the comp and a better manifold, but whatever you do you will need the computer tuned accordingly.
