hey guys just wondering if you can help me out iv got a manual 6 speed vx ss and every so often my gear box grinds mainly when i put it into gear 2 as i let the clutch go it grinds it also does it in gear 1 and 3 and sometimes when i just hold the clutch in it makes a pretty bad grinding noise. how do i fix it thanks

im pretty sure its 1 of these 2 probs sum1 else here will correct it but its either ur clutch or ur syncros in the g/box

i had my neighbour take it for a quick drive and he reckons the clutch is completely fine how much does the synchros cost
