v6 to v8???

dont know if im posting in the right place but i wanted to know if i chuck in a v8 engine in a vs-vt that has a v6 in it do i need to get an engineering cert or not some people have told me i need to and some people have told me i dont so any information would be helpful thanks

na ive done it a number of times now lol vt v6 then converted that to 5ltr and now converted to LS1 because they came out factory with a v8 and a v6, you DO NOT need an engineers as long as the suspension and brakes are also changed to that of a V8 model including master cylinder. once thats done all you have to do is take it to vicroads and change engine numbers over and tell them its now a 8cylinder and they'll check you have done brakes ec...

Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
