Hey guys, does anyone elses non-Calais suffer from poor panel gaps between the headlight and nose cone? Here's a pic of my car before it had panel and paint done, notice how the lens clips are visible in the panel gap. Looks ugly. Headlights are screwed to the top mounts tightly, so no room to move there. Do I need to get in there with a hammer or something to 'adjust' the brackets? I want nice tight, even gaps, which I currently don't have. Is the best way to sort this to affix the nose cone properly and then start tapping away? Cheers Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

It's real hard to get any parts to line up right on a VL pretty poor build quality what if you put washers or spacers underneath the headlight to raise it up ?

haha, tell me about it. washers wont help as I'm pretty sure its the top mounts are out of whack. Think its just gonna be a case of setting to them with a hammer. New paint job tho Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Cheers Some headlight covers fill the gap,and then you will not notice. That is why the gap is there. They are all like it. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
