PROGM-8 bonnet clearance

Does anyone know the owner of PROGM-8 (blue VH). I want to know how he got enough clearance to fit an air filter under his bonnet with a single plane torque power manifold. I have the same setup and cannot get the damn thing to clear. Its been bugging me and only want to cut a hole in the bonnet as a last resort.
