well i spoke to allan last week i think and he still hadnt got the input shaft...gforce are drainers

and the car has no motor in it atm

any updates? seeing the maatouks race car has made me want to desperately see the 2 go head to head

motor in. meth setup getting connected. input shaft arrived. very very close.

i sure hope it does VL GOD will be there. Its good to see that the car is getting prepped with all new gear, methanol, G-Force etc etc. It sure will make the trips to the big meets worth while. I Really hope the rajab car makes it, we all have waited to see to the two stage up. Everyone hoped for it in melbourne (VL Nationals) lets hope jambo is the meeting ground

well the old god was no light weight..

i dont think they will be un-competitive if they stay single but the twin cammers will definately have the upper hand that being said afaik rajab have both a twin cam and the old single cam motor, the only reason i asked if they were gonna stay single is because i remember reading that they wanted to push the single cam to its limits before changing over to twin whether or not thats true is a different story

im certain allan will want to run a nice seven second pass and seal the rb 30 record.

it would be nice to see 7 sec single cam and if the rajab car is sohc it won't be alone in chasing that record; tkr, ooh30t, gh747, vlboss etc alot are capable of doing it on paper. Maatouk's brother bought a vl chassis car recently as well if they go ahead with that will likely be sohc+auto and would make a good heads up with the rrd calais
