- Thread moved to correct section.
No idea what you're talking about in regards to the moving of a thread, it was another moderator who moved it, maybe post up a link?

Pigsy,
The subzero thread has been escalated for Steve (SirGeo) to take a look at it. Since this is Steve's site, its up to him to give the thumbs up for it to either be binned or make a return as the legal implications may more than what Steve may want.
The thread still "exists" at this moment, and Steve will review it as soon as he can. If he deems that the thread will open this site (and hence himself) to possible legal action by either defamation or other, or if he believes the thread will go nowhere except to cause abuse and/or defamatory comments, the thread will end up being removed. Otherwise, it may be cleaned up and returned (possibly with a warning to keep things somewhat civil).
Hope this clears up where the thread is, and what its doing at the moment.

I moved it, sorry i didn't pm you, i almost never pm about this type of thing.....I've got no time to and it often leads to arguments anyway so imho no point
pretty much all threads are started with the best of intentions but as stated above some can lead to legal action and none of us want that for the site or SirGeo
if you can't get a statement about a company printed in a newspaper then it probably shouldn't be posted on here

Clearly you are too busy to moderate Russell, maybe you should give up your position?

If you have an issue with someone's moderating style, deal with it. It's not a paid job and nobody is perfect. I highly doubt those that critisice could do a better job. This issue has been dealt with, If anyone has any further issues, feel free to PM the moderator in question.
