[phone removed] Description For sale : 1987 VL turbo interceptor BT1 (ID008-D) guys i have had some very unfortunate news in the last couple days ,which is now leaving me to part with my car. run down of the car , i purchased this car going back 4 years ago of an older fellow at this time the car was standard and was hardly driven , the odd weekend if that ,the car itself still retains alot of the goverment pack (BT1) aspects to it : -map pockets with batton holder holes -grommet on roof , roof wiring also visable -service sheet on sunvisor -lumber support for drivers seat -'D-----' Original Garden state plates -12 months rego i will add also car has also not been repainted. since owning it i have left the car factory but have overhauled the running gear , which now consists of : ENGINE/HEAD -Rebuilt RB30ET ( rebuilt to standard specs ) 5000kms since rebuild , this was built 3 years ago now , as i hardly drive the car so hence the low kms since the build had taken place. (the head was rebuilt few months back to suit my new setupand is less then 1000kms old) -Ported VL head , match ported both inlet/exhuast ports to manfolds -TX2 JPC cam -Crow Cam H/D valve springs -Oversized valves -ARP head studs -Genuine Nissan headgasket -custom made 3" exhuast / dump -Gktech hidden cooler core with custom piping -Standard manfolding TURBO -GT35/40 0.82 rear housing , powerported comp cover and ballanced wheels (less then 1000kms old) , 45mm turbosmart external wastegate GEARBOX -R33 GTST 5speed with heavy duty cushion button clutch ( less then 1000kms old) FUEL SYSTEM -1000cc rochesters , Peirberg lift pump , 2ltr in boot surge tank and 044 pump ECU -Microtech LT10s IGNITION -MSD 6AL / MSD blaster coil DIFF/ SUSPENSION Standard B/W VLT 3.45 , and standard FE2 suspension POWER -280rwkw @ 14psi JPC dyno , car is on a conservative tune at the moment as we are still running in all new parts that were placed onto the car , so as you can see there is good power and alot more left in it and the plan was to retune it again and make around the 350-380 mark on 25 psi the car itself was built to retain the original factory BT1 look but then add an upgrade power wise by applying the car with a new setup , the car is still running in top end and clutch once complete will make awesome power , new owner will have the best of both worlds the OG looks and power under the bonnet , alot of you guys would have seen the car now on psiphotos and so on . as for pictures ill add a few but like i said the car is on www.psiphotos.com (http://www.psiphotos.com) please if you have something to critise about the car or price keep it to yourself , NO SWAPS, testpilots or timewasters please ....... also if someone would like to see the car i will arrange a time and place im in no rush to sell this car either cheers!
