Last year there was a small group of us that met up around Kalkallo pub on the hume hwy and we all cruised to heathcote in a group of 20 or so which made the drive a fair bit more enjoyable (some may remember the gutted 121 we were in ) so i'm seeing if there is any interest for us to meet up again on the saturday morning, if there is enough interest we'll set a time and place to suit according numbers for 8.00am meet pm siroller aka mitch for details of the 8am meet otherwise 9.00am and depart 9.30 from shell servo donnybrook 10 mins past craigiburn

the new shell/hungry jacks servo on the hume just before kalkallo at the donnybrook rd exit is probably the go if you want somewhere for fuel/food etc its the only one on that side of the road before u get off the hwy, theres plenty of parking for cars even in the truck parking etc is usually pretty empty on the weekends. im still unsure if im going to be able to make the nats but if i do ill be in for a meetup in the north.

def up for this. i will at this stage be with blujetvl / 5spdvl / kyle ajka vlct88 or whatever and muzavl. also have a pile of brothers /g/f's / tagalongs. i would suggest the great divide truckstop (the new macccas / bp / subway / kfc) because this allows everyone to get out of melb as early as possibkle and grab a coffee / toilet / etc. better facilities and not much farther up the road. ---------- Post added 16-04-10 at 01:12 ---------- also leave early early. not 11ish. half of the day is gone by then. ---------- Post added 16-04-10 at 01:13 ---------- JUST FOR TIM... rrARRRR!!!!!

s1roller: the problem with that is uve missed the turn off to heathcote, ideally u need to take the wallen kilmore exit which is about 4-5 kms befor the maccas, kalkallo is ideal but should be like a 9am meet, if so ill be there
