Hey.. well my car started to run like SH*T so i gave it in for it to get checked up .. anyways my 02 sensor was dead so i had to get a new one but then the guy told me that my Computer has water damage... but he said he cleaned it and reset it and it seems to work at the moment... he also told me to wrap the computer in a heavy duty plastic bag so when it rains.. rainwater doesn't damage it... or it will cost me around $420 for a 2nd hand one that works :S well i did that and i started to think.. does the computer create any type of heat?.. and if i put it in a bag and tape it up.. will it fry it?? plz help.. i wraped it up today but havnt driven it.. and want to no is it safe for me to drive.. thanks Milad ---------- Post added 26-03-10 at 20:17 ---------- any1 gonna help me out???

Yeah man you'll be right. The best way to do it is to have a windscreen that doesn't leak. Failing that, if you put a plastic bag over the top and leave the bottom side open I think that would be better than sealing it completely.
