At the moment i have pacemaker tri Y's 1 3/4s with a 2.5" sounded alright, once my car is on the road i will be putting a full di filippo exhaust with 1 3/4 - 4 into 1 extractors with 3" collectors, twin highflow cats, twin 2.5" and 3" from the diff to the tip, only problem with di filippo's are they are expensive, tell your mate to look around forums and ebay for a set, i got mine from ebay i paid 1k less

paccies are over priced for what they are. hurricane's latest 5L ones are awesome and abit cheaper too. them with a twin 2.5" system, stock cats (cos they flow mad for stock), x pipe and dump at diff ... dont forget the dummy muffler and tip at the back. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

so how do the stock hsv extractors compare to say pacies or those hurricane ones?

stock hsv ones are HM brand ones i beleive, they flow pretty good for stockers (way better than stock holden ones) but compared to paccies and hurries, not as good but still good for budget concious people.

You'll need a bank loan to get some Di Fillipo's! Pacey's are around $700 new and work a treat.

haha so true. hurricanes are 560 new. got 2 mates and both have each of them. both stockers, literally no noticeable power difference. both tri'y's. paccies 4-1 are the bomb tho.

bloody hell... i didnt realise 304 headers were so dear!! i got some 304 hsv extractors for $70 bucks second hand and i thought that was dear! just for the record i have hsv headers followed by a 3 inch all the way through with a staino high flow cat and big ass barrel muffler that wont fit under commy's! gives my patrol a mean note!!!
