Hey guys i was wondering if anyone noticed a problem at night driving as the light lids cover roughly 50% of the reflector. Have you just bought brighter lights?

I've got them on my car, They look pretty good, Only if the person came up with that idea 20 years ago they would of been millionaires by now, Coz Calais front were very dear many years ago. The fiberglass trick would have done the job just perfect.

mine dont move one bit they are fixed down. i dont understand why my calais has fiberglass front maybe the front on the car was in a smash and last owner did a cheap fix. that would explain why the small right hand panel next to the blinker was a dif colour.

My brother has a fibreglass front on his calais, is looked mint when painted properly, he actually filled it all up so there was no line between headlights and centre. But at night the light output was absolutely ****house because of the half covering of the headlights, woulndt recommened it for a daily driver, probably even a defect.

I have driven my car at night many times and the light visibility is good there is still enough clearance for the globes to give you enough lighting.
