yep rising rate regulayor wil help get the most out of the injctors ust crank the pressure up,or run bigger injectors like rb20det or rb25det,they will be fineon the standard ecu
yes its a twin fuel pump would be a complete waste of money,i have standard vl lift pump and 500hp walbro pump and i run 350hp so your standard pump will be ok.
im 50/50 on the shim,as ong as you have a intercooler, colder plugs, run 98 and run nothing over 9psi you should be sweet man

those injectors Danny mentioned are high impeadance as the VL run low impeadance, but just check before you by if they will work,
oh there is a set of 6 on TM 370cc lows that will do it, and use the reg to adjust it

on my old car it made 156rwkw on 8psi with a wastegate not sealing properly on a similar setup so you can make quite a bit of power easily. i ran a 2.6mm custom head gasket at first running 16psi but it blew out in two places between the cylinders due to obviously to much boost. i then ran the same setup on another motor with the standard headgasket and it was very reliable so i wouldnt bother with useing a thicker head gasket

That's all good I know who you got the turb off I was going to get it myself but funds at the time didn't permit lol 100% sure there was no intention to sell a dodge turb he a good guy
But don't give up on it VL's are pretty simple things to fix

Turbo was in perfect working condition when i took it iff my car,the only reason for removal of turbo was because of upgrade to ball bering gt35/40,the turbo was on my car for 1.5-2 year and never had a problem, you can ask anyone on here and they will confirm.what colour is the smoke coming out?their is no way i would sell a blowen turbo to anyone,im too well knowen in the vlt scene in nz,its most likely head gasket mate ,so please get a profesional to look at it/someone to know what their looking at to check it out before you come on this site and start making false claims about me,do a compression test on all 6 cylinders, check all intercooler and vacumn pipes are on etc, then come back and tell us what the deal is???dont give up.how many degrees timing are you rinning, because its probly detonating and that will smash your pistons and head gasket to shreads,8psi is bugger all,i was running 12psi on it and never blew any smoke ,also check their is oil in the engine
