Hey guys, im after any info/pics of anyone out there running a twin T/B set up running lpg with the standed banana manifold. Reason? during the year some time i will be putting a 355 stroker kit through my 5.0l(any brands people recommend?) and with running only a single T/B and gas mixer it seriously restricts the air intake, there for restricting things in the power department!! so my thoughts are to put a twin set up on with twin mixers so that i at least get as much air and fuel as a single bigger T/B(90mm i think) Now are the twin set ups a direct bolts up with me only having to run extra air plumbing etc Have checked the net and there are some smick set ups out there but they are the Twin T/B and mainfold in a kit and some companies want 2-5k fomr some of them...!! While im on topic of a 355, do the injectors and fuel pump need to be up graded?? i'v been told that 2.6l sigma injectors are a strait swap and are a better injector!? fuel pump i have is of a nissan tb45(i'l have to ring up and check the flow rates and psi is makes!) oh and the clutch.., will a heavy duty chev clutch handle to extra balls or is that a wait and see how it goes sort of thing.lol i think thats it! thanks guys

The banana manifolds are very restricting and won't produce anymore than 200rwkw. I’d suggest saving some more cash for a decent manifold otherwise the 7-8k your going to spend on the 355 stroker isn’t good bang for bucks

C.O.M.E do a TTB manifold, but I don't think anyone sells a TTB setup for stock bananas as there isn't any advantage Yes I was including labour and machining in my estimate. Much cheaper if you can do all that yourself

yes iv got afew things to to think over i think! i was actually talking to afew guys today about S/C's and they say that with the forced induction the engine doesnt feel the pinch of having to draw it's own air through the smaller gas mixer(40mm ) and still achieve 60 odd% power/torque gains! and yes iv also done a heap of reading about different S/C etc and find there are people who like/dislike just about everyone of them out there... so for my needs , being a patrol not a commy id be after one that boosts up strait away and lasts till 4grand odd! im not after a rocket that revs to 7 grand for the price and total package the yella terra looks to be the goods and as usual it says "complete bolt on" but how complete is it and does the yella suffer from heat stroke much? iv already got bonnet vents above the extractors to keep my clutch lines a bit cooler so hopefully there wouldnt be any issues!!?? Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
