was at tempe tyres other week they are now make'n simmons wheel's should have first shipment in next few weeks i was told should see price drop in simmons wheels since ever one's now class'd them as rare and have put silly price's on them..

I heard Tempe are still going to retain premium pricing for the wheels to keep them exclusive. They're identical minus the simmons centre cap.

this is old news... it's been on other sites for ages. Apparently a set of FR19s x 8.5 are going to cost around $4500 WITHOUT TYRES!!! :O Far too expensive for "copies"

Yes this is old news havent heard what tempe want for them but if thats the price there off there head. As i know what simmons cost was on them to make as i know someone that was looking at buying simmons wheels but they wanted to much for the simmons name which he wanted to keep Woggster & qup.fpv. there not copys they are the same wheels that simmons made. tempe just didnt wanna price the extra amount that was required to use the simmons name. so all in all the simmons wheels will still pull top dollar, speical if tempe are gunna sell them for more than what a simmons wheel was to buy. Fr19's when they were released years ago, a full polish set cost $4800 with rubber.

tempe tyres are selling fr19's for 4k including tyres. they had a few sets of gold and silver when i called.. id be waiting a few weeks tho as fr20's are coming out

Sam from Tempe said they are being made by "Starcorp Custom Wheels" and they are taking orders now and making them currently Remember these? Simmons look alikes from years ago... made by "Starcorp" http://www.tempetyres.com.au/product...t=&part_no=713 (http://www.tempetyres.com.au/products_closeup.asp?part=&part_no=713) AVL012345 - When Tempe was selling the original Simmons FRs they never had them on the site Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

itswar is gonna be spuing !!! he has to get 20's now
