hey guys i bought an original vlt manual berlina 2 weeks ago and when i was changing over the oil i noticed the intercooler silicon was loose so i bought a new clamp and fixed that, i could feel it pull sooo much harder and on the way home i think i blew somthing in the engine, coolant was leaking and a vaccum hose came off Fixed all of that and now it blows smoke when in first gear, sometimes goes bang and 1 big bowl of smoke comes out and something rattles in the engine when i hit 4k rpm+ while in 2 and 3 gears, prob aswell in 4 & 5 but havnt tried. Can some one direct me to a mechnic that knows his rb30det's and is close by in the Unley area. and if the engine is gone should i got for a rebuild of engine replaced? and roughly how much would it cost.
