Can anyone reccomend any good workshops in the northern suburbs who will rebuild my n/a rb30. looking at getting some work like this done... acid clean. crack tested port and polished forged conrods forged pistons. Full gasket set. race bearings. 18 brass welsh plugs. o-ringed the block respray the block etc

dont go through a workshop, they almost all outsource their engine rebuilds anyway go through the phone book and start looking up engine reconditioners and make some calls

That could be a tough 30et, only difference would be comp ratio

Why spend $4500 for a built N/A bottom end? No need to forge it if you are still keeping it n/a. There's VLs on the forum running 10 second passes with 2.0mm thick head gaskets on n/a unopened bottom ends.

Scooters vl is ment to have around 360rwkw, unopened n/a bottom end.

take it to cams car n truck in epping. the bloke knows what hes doing.
