I reckon there's a buyer for it out there at $10k or so, but nowhere near that. Weren't the N/A Calais' about $28k brand new?

I'd say thats very rare. Not everyone wants a dosing turbo cop magnet thats been thrashed by wanker's every friday and saturday night. My wife recently paid 5K for a mint non turbo berlina and considering it was a one owner extremely well maintained vehicle it was a good buy. A few people have said that 'you could have bought a turbo model for the same money'...not the case...a turbo model that is unmolested in the same condition is more than double and in some instances up to four times the price she paid.

When you buy a mint one you don't need to modify it to enjoy it. I drove my wifes car a few weeks ago and was surprised how many heads it turned and its totally original except for VT calais rims.

And didn't someone on here buy a "shed bargain" VLT for under 7k a few weeks ago? Was going to be worth $$$$, turned around and sold it for under 10k!?! Still a long way from 30k....

Hands down the cleanest VL Calais i'v ever seen its f*cken Mint! But No chance in hell would i pay anywhere near that much for it. I'd rather buy a VE SS or a VZ Cluby for that coin.

I reckon he's played with the odometer. To have 2 owners and a 23 year old car It can't be real.

At the moment way to much coin, maybe in the year 2020 the 30k asking price will be resonable

thats faaaaaarkin clean, you wont ever find factory vl leather seats in that condition! but 30k is very steep! you CAN pick up vls in similar condition for a lot less, they might not have such little k's though.

(edit: up to 34, depending on options.)
