great score mate!! PPI is good gear man.. that amp would be great for running fronts and rears (splits, 6x9s)...... not really enough power for subs.
don't worry bout new gear old gear, it got rcas input and thats all that matters.

really! i thought it was just some cheap old thing since just gave it to me, i didnt even ask what he paid for it haha. But I know it came out of ute but i think its older then 6 years cause i was looking at the back and was looking at some service stickers, I didnt know amps had to be serviced? anyway i found 2 service stickers one back in 2003 and one back in 2001 so i rang him and asked him when he got and he said when he got his first car 9-10 years (he said its a 1999 model amp) ago lol but i took out the 2 fuses and they are very corroaded but not blown but ill replace them anyway , yeah thats what i was planing on doing with it just running splits and 6x9's or just 6's off it but i dont know what i wanna go with yet and then have a mono block for my subs when i get some. But i found this review on some website about PPI cause i wanted to find more out about them. it said:
Precision Power (or simply PPI as it is known throughout the industry) was famous for stunning amplifiers during the nineties. Shooting to fame with the release of the ‘Art’ series amplifiers, then backing this achievement up with the ‘Powerclass’ range of amplifiers, it seemed PPI could do no wrong. Soon after, it began delving into the speaker and subwoofer market. Now these components were very well designed and constructed from quality materials but didn’t quite receive the glowing reception the amplifiers did. And so for years PPI has dealt with having a reputation for producing brilliant amplifiers but speakers that struggle to match. Well this latest offering from the American giant might just change all that.

amps dont need to be serviced man... those stickers mean that the amp has been repaired probly.
might have had fuse issues or something??
dont let that worry you ive had $1000+ alpine amps repaired.. means nothing.
actually shows that the amp was worth something otherwise you wouldnt bother repairing it youd replaceit, if cheap and nasty.
