This is my genuine calais turbo i paid 3500 for it, got a bit ripped but i didnt want to say no haha. doesnt look like much now but i've only just started it. so far i have got standard size hypertech liquid forged pistons with hastings rings, cometic head gaskit, all new acl bearings, (pretty much every thing else for a full rebuild) getting a full head reco at the moment, running standard turbo, standard rods, standard cam (for now), The auto is getting a service/shift kit and stally at the moment. not much yet but there will be more soon my old calais is the red one, the new one is the blue one this is my old genuine non turbo calais my new block because the old one was stuffed, found out it was 40 thou oversized already, could of got it fixed only 2 bores needed sleeving, though getting another block would be easier haha cleaned the original vl turbo lifters, like new now will add more soon as the build keeps going thank you for looking Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

new update, today i started making my own custom 25 mm polished stainless fuel rail, suited to run standard vl turbo injecters. not finished yet, still gotta put 2 inlet pipes in, one each end, and proper mounting brackets, and a fuel return point. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

new update, started making my twin fuel rail today, so far so good, and have started to make my own custom plenum as well, soon will start on a overflow bottle and a air box, all from stainless apart from the plenum, unsure yet if i want it all to be mirror finished or just brushed, might be a bit to much bling for the engine bay, will have to wear a set of sunnies because of the glare lol Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

new update, this is how im going to have my new twin fuel rail. the top rail has the twin feeds either end, which then feeds the bottom rail through them 6 10mm pipes the ill be putting the barbs on the bottom rail which will connect to the injecters to it all. then the return will be some where on the bottom rail when i work it out lol still have to work out the mounting brackets and what angle they go on, and after its done ill mirror finish the polish.
