k today i pikd my car up from the mechanic because i had no clutch, they charged me 248 buks for it.. just wondering if any1 had brought 1 brand new before and how much they paided. im curious how much the garage sharfted me

I think I paid about 170-180 for my 1" MC a few years ago. Wouldnt think they are more than $200 these days. Did the $248 inc fitting?

wait, did you pay $248 for a brake master cylinder, clutch master cylinder or an actual clutch?

sorry clutch master cylinder was 248
cost me 478 all up, but i got a rb20 in my car so they had to unbolt the plenum.. 3 hours labour

ooooooh alright mate
for a VL the clutch master cylinder should be around $180 i rekon but mechanics always charge you more for parts

ok so they added 60 buks.. fair call im not annoyed, was just curious... first time in 4 years anything has gone wrong with my vl so caint complain

I got quoted $180 retail at one place, and then 20 mins later at another place $275, i just laughed at them
