hey every one i just bought my new vlct and its been out of rego for a while and have been told that i have to get it engineered to get it registed from the rta, so that means i need an emissions test....... how hard is it to pass one? do i need anything special in the exhaust to get it passed?

if you actually have to get it engineered then it will be an engine out job, and stocker back in.. and then the cetificate is void as soon as you put the engine back in anyway. if it's just an EPA noise test then thats easier, just need to make sure everythings plumbed back and cat is in working order and the mufflers keep her under the limit.

Get Anthony to tune your car on e85. Thats what i did. So long as you have a standard exhaust with cat, and Anthony tunes it on e85 you'll pass for sure. GL.

That way, u wont be hassled by the cops but it would probably cost more and it is quite difficult to pass the emissions test. gl
