Im looking at putting a seat of front and rear VP Calais seats into my VL. Just curious if i need the top and bottom rails from the VP, or does the VP seat + top rail fit into the VL lower rail(part bolted to floor). Any problems with the floors height and the new seats, or is it straight bolt in and dead even like new? Also has anyone done this swap before? does the rear seat need to be modified in length to fit, or does the wire underneath need to be modified to line up with the VL hooks on the floor in the rear?

Check the tech section. There's a thread about putting VR seats into a VL.
