i am looking at a turbo for my 25/30 project and have had an offer on a 42r with a 1.05 rear housing. It is a drag car and will be running a glide and built engine. turbo specs are 76mm inducer, Q trim rear wheel and the 1.05 exh housing. Not after a **** fight here guys, just hoping someone in the know will chime in and offer some advice. Thanks.

Will you be going a GT series. Anyway try this out, very helpful information. Make sure to maximize the screen size to see the options. http://www.turbofast.com.au/javacalc.html

You have to forge your engine with HP rods? and a decent fuel and engine management system. or try this thread. http://www.calaisturbo.com.au/showthread.php?t=176327 Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

it will be fine, you dont want to go too small as you will choke it and loose high rpm power. since its a drag engine it will be perfect just match your stall to your engine components.

76mm comp and q trim rear is a bit of a mismatch, I woudn't go bigger than a 72/70 mm front with a q trim, its not a gt42 garrett obviously cheers darren
